• เป็นทนายความโจทก์ร่วมช่วยเหลือนายกมล-นางบังเอิญ มุ่ยมา กรณีบุตรสาว(น้องกุ้ง)เสียชีวิตจากการดูดไขมัน เมื่อวันที่ 6 ธันวาคม 2545 ( ปัจจุบันศาลฎีกามีคำพิพากษาตัดสินลงโทษจำคุกจำเลย ) และเป็นทนายโจทก์ให้กับนายกมล-นางบังเอิญ มุ่ยมา เพื่อฟ้องคดีแพ่งเรียกค่าเสียหายต่อนายแพทย์ชาลี กาญจนรักษ์ ต่อศาลจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ตามคดีแพ่งหมายเลขดำที่ 2388/2546 และศาลชั้นต้นมีคำพิพากษาให้จำเลยชดใช้เงินจำนวนประมาณ 12 ล้านบาทเศษ คดีถึงที่สุดแล้ว
